Criminal Law

Criminal law as a research as well as teaching subject at the law department deals with questions of theoretical and practical nature and comprehends analyses of the impact of criminal the criminal legal system on a societal level as well as on an individual level.

The reseach comprises both traditional legal scientific perspectives and critical perspectives and involves social scientific methods and covers national as well as international studies.
