Critical Studies on Gender Equality Policy and Diversity

In this course you will acquire theoretical and methodological tools to critically scrutinize and develop gender equality and diversity management. Particular focus is on exclusionary norms in politics, working life and voluntary organizations. We will work with intersectional perspectives and make intersectional analyzes of norms that exclude and include.
Prerequisites and selection
Entry requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
Selection
Selection is based upon the number of credits from previous university studies, maximum 165 credits.
Facilities
The Faculty of Humanites premises are in the building Humanisten at Renströmsgatan 6. The facilities of the Department of Cultural Sciences are situated on the second floor of the building. Both Humanisten and the adjacent Humanities Library offer spacious study spaces and several group rooms.
