Interviews with teachers at the Department of Political Science

As our student you will develop your skills by the help of dedicated teachers and professors who are prominent within their field of research. The study environment is fairly informal and teachers and students are working together. Here are some of the people you may meet during your studies.

Markus Johansson

Markus is a researcher in political science. His research interests include European integration, EU politics, EU institutions, the Council of the European Union, and collective bargaining. He teaches at all levels within the subject area of European Studies.

Magnus Lundgren

Magnus Lundgren is a senior lecturer in political science. Before he started his doctoral studies, he worked for the United Nations. Today, most of his research involves international organizations and negotiations at different levels. Magnus teaches at the master’s level.

Marina Nistotskaya

Marina is a professor of political science and one of our international teachers. Her research focuses on how the exercise of power – political processes that occur after elections take place – is organized in different societies and the consequences of this for human wellbeing. Marina teaches within our Master’s programmes.
